Is This for Your Child or Teen?

You may be noticing one or more of the following:

  • Anxiety, panic, or constant worry
  • ADHD symptoms (focus, impulsivity, school struggles)
  • Depression, low motivation, irritability, or isolation
  • Big emotional reactions or difficulty regulating emotions
  • Behavioral concerns at home or school
  • Sleep difficulties
  • Substance use concerns (teens)
  • Ongoing family conflict that feels “stuck”

If you’re unsure what’s typical versus something that needs support, we can help clarify what’s going on and what to do next.

Support for Children, Teens, and the Whole Family

Our team supports children, adolescents, and their families through emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges without placing blame or rushing to solutions.

For children, we help families navigate school concerns, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, and developmental stressors. Care may include medical evaluation, therapy recommendations, parent guidance, and coordination with schools or other providers.

For teens, we recognize the importance of autonomy while still supporting the family system. Adolescence can bring anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, isolation, low self-worth, or loss of motivation. We partner directly with teens to understand their experience and help restore stability while also equipping parents with tools that make a real difference at home.

When helpful, we recommend support for parents and siblings to improve the entire family system, not just symptoms.
