Professional Background

With over 15 years of experience across business, banking, and senior project management in hotel design, I bring strategic leadership and confidence to everything I do. I’m known for being trustworthy, disciplined, and consistently achieving results.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from UC Riverside and completed a life coaching program through Ideal Coaching Global, an ICF affiliate. My diverse background, along with my personal life experience, allows me to navigate both professional and personal coaching with ease.

Something Personal

As an immigrant and the son of a single mother, I know what it’s like to work from the ground up. From holding business signs in high school to managing million-dollar projects, I’ve learned the power of perseverance. 

My grandfather, Ascension Estrella, taught me to keep pushing forward, take care of my team, and always see the bigger picture.

Outside of work, you’ll find me coaching my kids’ soccer team, working out early in the morning, or scouting new spots for date nights with my wife. I’m here to help you create a life you can be proud of. Let’s make it happen!
